For the second time in less than two weeks, a mysterious object in the skies over California has caught the attention of UFO enthusiasts and experts. The latest sighting occurred on March 11th, when a passenger on a Southwest Airlines flight from Sacramento to San Diego recorded a white cylinder-shaped craft that was traveling perpendicular to their plane.
The witness, who was seated in the window seating on the left side of the plane, described the UFO as a smooth white cylinder with no visible means of propulsion or exhaust plumes. The object was several miles away from the plane and was moving at a constant speed. It disappeared into a cloud bank after about 18 seconds of recording.
Using Flight Aware, the witness was able to determine that her plane was near Selma in Fresno County at the time of the sighting. She also noted that there were no planes in the immediate vicinity that matched the orientation of the UFO.
According to prolific UFO expert Scott Waring, the object in the video is a tic tac UFO due to its odd whiteish color and tactic shape. Waring also pointed out that the object had no wings, contrail, lights, windows, or tail, leading him to conclude that it was not a manmade craft.
The UFO sighting over California is not an isolated incident. California is known for numerous UFO sightings over the years, and this latest sighting is just one of many that have occurred in recent years.
While skeptics may dismiss these sightings as misidentifications of natural phenomena or hoaxes, UFO enthusiasts and experts continue to investigate these sightings in the hope of uncovering evidence of extraterrestrial life.
Regardless of one’s beliefs about UFOs, the latest sighting over California is a reminder that the universe is vast and full of mysteries waiting to be discovered. As we continue to explore the skies above us, we may one day find answers to questions that have puzzled us for centuries.
